Die Muffins waren echt lecker. Zwar süß und gehaltvoll, aber das war ja vorher schon klar. Als Karamellcreme habe ich "Karamell-Zauber" von Rewe verwendet, außerdem habe ich Rohrohrzucker statt weißen Zuckers genommen.
A few days ago I saw this muffin recipe, and yesterday I've made them! They were very tasty. My future mother-in-law has made a rhubarb cake, and so we had an excellent coffee table.
As caramel cream for the muffins, I used "Karamell-Zauber" from Rewe's, further I used raw cane sugar instead of the white one.
For those who don't know "Toffifee": It's incredibly tasty German sweets with caramel, nougat, chocolate and a hazelnut inside.
